Paint the existing brick facade to set apart the building from surrounding structures. Coordinate new entry hardware with new storefronts. Further define the space through new ceiling treatments, shutters, light fixtures, fans and planters.

Some owners come with a concept, for this project the request was made for a two-toned green facade. When this happens, it is our goal to make the owner's vision successful. This is done through the careful selection of shades, finishes, and surrounding materials that integrate a new design with the surrounding environment.
